Ryan Haase, Principal
Experience
Mr. Haase’s career in real estate spans 20 years, with the last 17 years focused on commercial real estate finance. Ryan has been involved in a plethora of capacities such as capital markets, lending, investments, acquisitions, development, and asset management, with relationships and transaction experience spanning the country. His deep, holistic understanding of CRE allows him to repeatedly create value for partners and clients in a large variety of ways.
Ryan spent the last eight years specializing in capital brokerage and debt and structured finance, working at CBRE and Franklin Street before starting his own firm, Magnitude CRE Capital Advisory. In these roles, Ryan led capital origination, negotiation, and structuring of debt and equity for client owners and developers encompassing all types of income-producing real estate investments. In addition, he advised clients on capital structuring, investment/acquisition sourcing, valuation, underwriting, and market analysis to help them achieve their goals and retain more profit. In his time in capital brokerage, Ryan was directly involved in more than 110 transactions totaling more than $2.3B in financing.
Mr. Haase also invests directly (as GP) in CRE, primarily in multifamily. As an owner and acquirer or commercial real estate, Ryan has gained significant knowledge and experience on the transactional and ownership side of the business, which makes it easier for him to problem solve from a client’s perspective, and gives him a leg up on most of his competition.
Prior to capital brokerage, Ryan spent five years in loan origination, working at Guggenheim Partners and Voya Investment Management. In these roles, Ryan originated loans for client life companies as well as CMBS. In his time in loan production, Ryan was directly involved in more than 30 transactions totaling more than $800MM in financing.

Lifestyle
While originally from Davenport, IA, Ryan has lived in Atlanta, GA for the past 25 years. Ryan is married to his wife Kaitlyn, and they have a 2-yr old son named Hendrix. In his spare time, Ryan is highly active in various sports including running, cycling, tennis, and working out.
