What We Do
IntegRE is a private equity firm focused on multifamily investments in the Southeastern US. However, we aren’t your run-of-the-mill multifamily investment firm or syndication. The IntegRE platform is founded on knowledge and skill formed over two decades of experience in institutional commercial real estate. We listen to prospective investors to understand their exact needs, and we work to identify if our investments are right for them. Experience
We have more than two decades of institutional commercial experience, in a plethora of capacities, from investment, capital advisory, asset management, lending, development, and more. There is no substitute for experience, and many syndicators out there have very little direct experience.
Data Driven
It’s the 2020s. If you aren’t heavily relying on data, you are at a disadvantage or being left behind entirely. We are big believers in analytics and science, and use data to make properly informed decisions. We aren’t guessing on financial analysis like many of our competitors.
Relationships
Through our long career in CRE we have grown our relationships not just locally, but regionally and nationally. Brokers, lenders, owners, and property managers know us, and these relationships often lead to preferred opportunities.
Co-Investment
We invest large sums of equity into each deal. We would never ask an investor to take a risk we wouldn’t be willing to take ourselves. This reinforces our commitment to the deal, and how strong our conviction is in each deal.
